The New Year is here, and it is a great time to check in with yourself and see if there are things you want to let go of – either physical or mental. And check to see if things that served you well in the past are still serving you well, or whether you need to change them, a little or a lot, or get rid of them entirely. I would invite you to use this first week of the New Year to do your own personal inventory – not to find things that you can beat yourself up with, but rather to appreciate what has worked in your life and to acknowledge what wants to be different.
