Daily Bliss #20130817

One of the hardest things you have to do as a parent, a spouse, or a friend, is to realize that you are not here to make people’s decisions for them. It can be frustrating to watch someone you love do what you consider to be “all the wrong things,” or nothing at all, and not tell them that they need to do it your way. You may think that things are very clear, and that there is a right and a wrong way to do things. Remember that no matter how close you are to someone, and how much you love them, they still have their own path to walk. It may be very unclear to you – it may even be very unclear to them – and it is their life’s work to figure it out. Live your life in the best way that you can, and let others travel their own path.
