Be aware of what you are looking for in the world, for you are sure to find it. If you are looking for all the ways that life is unfair, you are sure to pick situations out that prove this fact. If you think that everyone is judging you, and are looking for examples, you are sure to find them, whether they are real or imagined. When you look for the bad in people, you will see the bad in people. I am not suggesting that you ignore these things, and pretend they don’t exist. Be realistic and realize that there are less than ideal things in the world. And be sure to look for the good, because there is a lot of good that will remain hidden if you don’t watch for it.
