When you can’t do the things you used to do, it is sometimes hard to move on. Try to remember that things are always changing, and you may again be able to do some of those things. And some of them you may just remember fondly and find new ways to do them. And always remember, your worth is not dependent on what you can or can’t do. You are worthy the way you are right now, just as you were worthy before.
