Stop dwelling on what you don’t have, and be thankful for what you DO have. Likewise, stop dwelling on what you can’t do, and be thankful for what you CAN do. I am not claiming that this is an easy change to make in your life. If you have a habit of dwelling on the negative, it may take some time to break that habit. And with some mindfulness and perseverance it CAN be done!
