It’s important to feel your feelings. There are an awful lot of things that you aren’t going to get over, but you can get through them. And the way you get through them is to feel what you are feeling – good, bad, or indifferent. Then you can let it go. You don’t have to act on your feelings, but you do need to acknowledge and own them. Feel your feelings, and then let them go.
