GRIEF
You can lose someone or something in an instant or over a long time. Either way, there is no proper way or length of time to grieve. We each grieve in our own way. Grief for you may come and go; you may feel you are getting through it when a wave of remembrance washes over you and pulls you back under to a dark place. You may grieve hard for a while, then wake up one day feeling like the sun is shining again and you are ready to move on with your life. That feeling may last or it may cycle. However you grieve is okay; don’t let anyone else tell you you’re not doing it right.
