GRIEF
Grief is not something you get over. Sometimes you get through it and sometimes you learn to live with it. There is not just one way to deal with grief. Every time grief shows up in your life, you have to figure out how to handle it – what worked last time may or may not work this time. How long it takes to grieve is very personal. It may take a day, a month, a lifetime, or anything in between. Don’t let anyone tell you it’s time to stop grieving.
