PITY PARTY
When circumstances get so overwhelming, it feels like life is so unfair, and you can’t see anything good ever happening for you again, throw yourself a pity party and wallow in that feeling. Roll around in it, soak it in. Give yourself 5 minutes (more if necessary). Set a timer. When it goes off, get up, dust yourself off, and move on. Allow yourself to feel it all and then be done with it.
