SELF-CARE
Before we get too far into the New Year, are you remembering your self-care? It doesn’t have to be expensive and it doesn’t have to take a lot of time. Schedule it, if that helps you remember. Meditate for a couple minutes while you’re waiting in line. Read while you are waiting to pick up your kid after school. Have a massage once a month. There are many ways to do self-care. Remember to take care of yourself.
