The goal is to do the best you can
Do what you can do today. Don’t worry about how much or how little that is. Tomorrow do what you can do tomorrow. Hopefully that will be a tiny bit more than you did today, but if it’s not, that’s okay too. The goal is to do the best you can, always. The goal is not to do the same as the person next to you. The only comparison that you want to make is to compare yourself with yourself, and that is so you can see your progress, not to beat yourself up.
