Things that are good for you are self-care too
Self-care is about doing things that make you feel good, but it is also about doing things that are good for you. Eating healthy foods is self-care, as is taking a spa day. Exercising is self-care though it may not always feel good. Getting enough sleep isn’t always fun, but it is important. Be sure to include things that are good for you when you are considering self-care.
