You are in it for the long haul

It’s admirable to want to stick to your routine and to try to get everything done. I can see that you are that person. I can also see that you really need a break sometimes, so go ahead and take one. It doesn’t make you a bad person or a quitter; it makes you a person who is aware of your body and your reality. As long as you start again when you are able, you are not giving up, you are taking a break. Taking a break is allowed; you are in it for the long haul.
